Wouldn't you know it. This article on Popular Science was written a couple months back in April. It pointed out the major engineering flaw of Naw'lens and the very worst possible thing that could happen to the city, as well as the unlikelyhood of that situation. And wouldn't you know it, that's the situation we have not 4 months later.
